How many bottles of baby powder do you buy at one time to be able to do this and fill a bucket whats the most u ever bought and spent?! I just wanna buy enough to fill up a small bin to do powder play outside or to fill up my bathroom sink?

10 should work. I buy a lot in one day I don’t keep up with the price but trust me I spent a lot on this hobby.
