Toughest Monster Truck Tour has got this thing dialed in. Track is perfect, just the right amount of jumps and crush cars. The trucks aren’t subject to mandates like BKT’s or magnaflow mufflers. Monster jam can learn a lot from this.

I get that everyone has their own opinions, but seriously?...No incredible saves, no gnarly technical hits, no gravity-defying stunts, and this is still better than Monster Jam? Wow.
@@brandonadam7167 Monster Jam used to be good. They overdid gimmicks like the backflip and the tracks suck now. Plus its become oversaturated. Not to mention the questionable scoring in freestyle competitions. Its basically a sport for 8 year olds now.
@@DaytonaPrototypes I can agree with you on the judging, the judging in Monster Jam is terrible today Lol. I love the system that TMBTV uses here. But other than that, Monster Jam really elevates the Monster Truck world and the drivers in that promotion constantly find ways to defy the laws of gravity and physics. In all honesty, I don't really get as much excitement from seeing a car getting crushed down after like 2 freestyle runs, nor do I like the wheelie competition as much as Monster Jam's Two-Wheel Skill competition because of how repetitive the action can get after awhile. Additionally, Monster Jam has diversity in their racing courses; chicago-style, crazy-8, St. Louis style, Jersey style, SoCal style, J-Hook, etc. The creativity and elevation from Monster Jam is like no other; I'm not saying that I agree with *every* decision FELD makes, but at the end of the day, the drivers are something else and the shows keep getting better and better, regardless of the horrid judging.
That's why all the comic book monster trucks are not around no more plus 343 industries needs a Master Chief monster truck they should enter it in toughest monster trucks

Fitting on the floor has almost nothing to do with the amount of trucks at a show. The venue capacity is far more important to deciding the size of a lineup.

What's "ruined" about Monster Jam? Obviously, the judging is a massive issue (and I prefer this style of judging 10x more than the criteria we have for judging in MJ), but other than that, you can't say this monster truck promotion is better than Monster Jam. Sure, car crushing is cool, but that doesn't compare to gravity-defying stunts, gnarly technical saves, incredible air-time, and unbelievable innovation to the Monster Truck World.
So how exactly does the scoring work for this tour? It only goes up to 20 so are there only two judges that score up to 10 or is there only 1 or how does that work? Top notch coverage as always guys.
Wheelies are a 20 point scoring system. They make two hits, with a judge for each hit, judging out of 10 each. Freestyle is a very unique system on the Toughest Tour. 40 point total, with 10 points available in four categories: Use of clock (i.e. fill the time) Use of track (hit everything on the track in all directions, plus use open space for donuts, slap wheelies, etc) Momentum (speed around track) "Wow factor"
Man there is no way Dirt Crew was ahead of Dragon Slayer at the finish line in the semi-finals... Anyway awesome show & great coverage as always, thanks TMB!
We have Mansfield, OH for All Star Monster Truck Tour being finished off now. It will debut next week. Miami should be either one or two weeks after that.
This was one of the best events I've seen so far this year, and tracks like this put modern day Monster Jam tracks to shame! 😍

Well, it is the same driver (Kreg Christensen) and team. The chassis is much newer than that. Kreg has done it all over the years.
