She was so beautiful. I will sometimes watch the Ghost and Mr Chicken just to see her. There was no sad ending, though. That part was click bait, obviously
He means VINCENTE MINNELLI (He pronounced it wrong, saying Millenni) (I was born on her 17th birthday, May 20th, 1957) The Ghost & Mr. Chicken is one of my favorite movies..... Rest in Heavenly peace, JOAN STALEY
OMG, this guy needs to read through his script before he records, and he might want to check pronunciations too. So many mistakes. LOL! No sad ending, either! She lived a long life, 4 kids, and was 79 when she died. Sounds pretty damn good to me!
Every one should vote this spam. He puts tragic ending. She did not have a bad ending. People ON HERE have to start suspending people putting loss leaders on here.
She was in 3 or 4 episodes of PERRY MASON AND an extra in Breakfast at Tiffany's, in the party scene in Holly's apartment. I think she is wearing a blue dress.
Not so sad. She lived into her seventies and had kids. She was beautiful and had her day in the Hollywood sun. I'm sure she was loved by the people who knew her best. RIP Joan.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't think I've ever seen someone look so different from one set of pictures to another.. then while moving on film, she seems to even give off a whole other appearance (or at least a seemingly-different aura)! My first exposure was when I just happened to run across her Playboy 195x pics and thought... "DAYUM!" But kept wondering whether there were multiple Joan Staleys as I looked at her subsequent work. seriously, pick any picture of her two years apart and you would swear they are different people at a glance. this isn't to say she wasn't always pretty.
I just saw her on an episode of The Real McCoys titled The Swedish Girl. She plays a gossiping manicurist in a barber shop and shes so beautiful I had to look her up. I was stunned to find out it was Joan Staley from the Ghost and Mr. Chicken. Stunned I tell ya.😂
Verbatim from Wikipedia. Couldn't but notice she was barely 18 when photographed for playboy. What's so sad about this? Now I have to look for a November 1958 issue of playboy. .
Me gusta mucho su actuación en bonanza pero más me hubiera gustado que se quedará con alguno de los hijos de Ben la verdad las parejas que los ponían no era tan bonitas y las que realmente lo eran no se quedaron con ningúno de ellos

Vincent "Millenni"? David Nelson's secretary? "Audrey" Murphy? Good god, who narrated this?

Do the life and the sad ending of Jerry lewis
The title is so absolutely stupid. So, what was the "sad ending"? Explain it.

I enjoyed watching Joan on several TV shows....but ....
SADLY, A VERY POOR DESCRIPTION
It was repetitive and/or out-of-sequence.
Her "PROD-i-jus" talent?
Audie Murphy
Joan was

Some of the worst narrating for a Hollywood personality I have ever been subjected to.
