Chechi Dear chechi I had my poor academic records during my 11 12 and even in bsc nursing I failed 2 subject which I recovered through supplementry exam so plz kindly let me know that it is going affect my dream of working in uk or not ?
Pls help
They will not check your academic history. They need better performance in your work. If you answer the interview questions outstandingly you can be a Nurse in the UK. Hope you have atleast 1 year experience as well (or 6 months).

Haii dear can u please tell me where I will find the NHS questions for midwifes .
Most NHS interviews, they will ask value based question. They will assess your working knowledge by asking questions like "what is your current experience?" Or tell me more about your current experience etc... So as far as I understand they will more focuse on NMC values like CARE, COMPASSION, COMMITMENT, COMMUNICATION, COURAGE AND COMPETENCE. When you answer each question please focus on these values and principles bcz they are expecting those type of answers from the candidates.. Thank you
Hi can I know is the same thing for the IT field in the NHS??
Yes almost same except patient care related questions.
Chechi namide negtives chodjichal entha parayuva?.pls reply
Whenever we say an answer make sure you are adhering with the six C s. If l get this question, this would be my answer 👉 Its really hard to say No to my colleagues and my patients and that, I think, is my greatest weakness, because I believe that it is vital to say No sometimes. (You can add any relevent example to this answer as well to develop it). Thank you
Pls make a video hindi Or english
Really sorry for the inconvenience. I will post my videos in English next time.
Thank you
How long it will take to get the interview result? Whether they will inform us personally or through agency?
The agency staff member will call us after they receive our result from the NHS trust.
@@voiceofanurse9724 do the agents help with interview
@@angelsusai1901 did you mean the agencies which recruiting candidates?
@@voiceofanurse9724 yes
@@angelsusai1901 I can suggest ID medical as one of the trusted agency. I came here through ID medical.

That's my channel 😅
You found your patient in not on bed what will you do
Did you mean patient on the floor?
@@voiceofanurse9724 missing
When I find my patient not on the bed, I would search him/her in the immediate vicinity. If I couldn't find him/ her I will inform to the in charge and try to find out whether the patient left the ward alone or with someone. I also informed to the security team, consultant and his/her next of kin about the missing. If that is a inder 18 patient I would also inform to the safe guarding team. I make sure that I have completed all thr necessary documentation of patient absconding. As per the hospital policy I will declare the bed is available after 2 hours of absconding confirmation.
Very informative
Thank you 😊
