I just bought a 2005 Moto Guzzi Nevada with 1,945 miles on the clock and it just turned over 3,000 miles. I must say out of the last 30 or so bikes this one will stay for ever. There is no other bike that I've ever felt belongs like this one does. My wife loves the way it looks and says I can't sell this one. Every one that rides knows the quality of a Guzzi engine, after all airplane mechanics designed it. I rode 15 miles up and down curvy mountain roads with my wife in 4th gear and didn't need to shift once. That's real torque. I still like my Harley ironhead and my Triumph but nothing to date compares to my Guzzi and Id say try one and you'll never go back to anything else.
G'day. I've got the 2001 model, and I fall in love with it every time I go into the garage (up in Gosford). Now I'm thinking of getting a 1400. I'm on Metzelers: a Roadtec and a Marathon, and it seems to like them. Thanks for the video.
I just got a similar machine and vil try to ad at topboks like yours. What is the mesurements, and is it possible for you to post a fotos of the supportplate and the securing of it?
Hi David there are no whitewall tyres that fit the California rims I painted mine with a tyre paint however thay continuesly turned Brown after time now matter what i did dont bother with it, Now iv fitted Pirelli Angel and it Handels like a Dream
It does not get any cleaner than this! :-) Got the same bike, also from 2003 and this strange but nice colour. Have you changed your filler cap already by an all aluminium version? Quite embarrasing if you can't get your starter key out of your fueltank at a gasstation. Normally I don't like top boxes at all, but now I've got one that is really solid and safe with locks and all, I do have to admit and say it's very practical. Specially for a small picknic or just to throw in your helmet :-)
Have you had any other problems with your Moto Guzzi? I hear that the starter motors are a problem and that the standard relays often give up. Have you had any problems with your in tank fuel pump? I am thinking of buying one of these (same colour). I don't want to buy someone else's problems though. Any info you can give me would be appreciated, especially now that the bike is 20 years old.

Bob Johnson absolutely agree. These machines are the real deal.
Beautiful bike. I just bought the same bike (year, colour). The thing just makes me smile.
That's one righteous Guzzi. Nicely done.
The best bike ever in my opinion.

Nice job, and thanks for this! I'm shopping for one so this was great.
Damn, any oil in the motor ? Or do they all sound like that?

Gran bella moto
Please share with me where you got your grips. I do not like the grips on my Cali Sport Special, your help is most appreciated
Gayle Smith hi the heated grips as you see came originally from the factory fitted on the California Touring
Molto bella, complimenti.
