The central problem is that the streamers making up the council, whether they are admins or not, are incentivized to make content over looking after the overall health of the server. It was a big mistake by Buddha and Koil to not have state/federal govt set up behind the scenes from the start. On a server like this with IRL stakes for ppl that try to make a living off streaming, they need GMs to guide the govt/justice side of things of keep some balance
