Mike, the similarity is amazing. Just finished a week at Scotch Creek with my inflatable SUP and my offgrid charging setup for the OW.

Ah haha! Nice man! I love Scotch Creek - we were there earlier in the month - so many side trails!! We're headed out to Harold tmrw for the rest of the week. Stoked!

One day I'd love to try a week of camping but only with the board and a backpack of stuff to keep me and it going.
This vid certainly inspires me to actually give it a shot rather than sit on the idea.

That sounds great! You might need to figure out another charge option for that dream thoygh - this battery alone weighs more than my XR! If only there was a portable solar option that didn't require a battery, converters etc. One day...

I LOVE camping!!! We were suppose to go to BC this summer but had to cancel because of Covid (Ontario being closed, so couldn't cross the province). Would love to ride my OW there!!! It is soooo scenic. Not sure about camping with bear though... 🤔
That a great recharge station you have there!!! I think my husband have an inverter... will have to ask him!
Thanks for sharing your charging tip and the beautiful site!

Thanks Judith! You probably picked a good year to stay home - the smoke in bc right now is crazy! We still head out, but it's against recommendations.

About how big is the deep cell? Also wondered how many charges would you say it holds up to, good for the whole week, or a couple charges and it's caput?

I'm using a 20 Amp Hour - I've never drained it in all my camping trips. I usually go out for 5 days with the family. I'm interested to see how it does for my next trip as I'll have a pint and xr with me - keep you posted!

You need to bend your knees when you ride that way you will enjoy the ride and gey exercises for your quads.
