Stuck filament remove method

Remove filament guide for UM2 printer. My printers PFTE coupler died a few months back and stopped changing filament easily so i thought id make this quick vid to help anyone with the same issue.

quick question, what if you can not pull out the top as you did? I took off the blue part, but nothing comes out and i dont want to pull harder cause I think I will just break it

You should always be able to disconnect the tube at both ends regardless. When you take off the blue thing you need to push down on the white clip or else it will not come out. If you are afraid of damaging your printer dont do it. Just go to the forum and ask someone to walk you through exactly. Send photos and people will help, there are always moderators about. Ill post a complete tutorial about how to easily print in a decent quality later this month. I havent posted in awhile but will do soon.

Heat it up Stick it in cool it down and pull it out. There you go. Lite version! :)
