Shinobi III was awesome. Definitely not as hard as "The Revenge of Shinobi" and you didn't have a dog like in "Shadow Dancer," but this was the most "arcadey" game of the series and it was a very solid and great game with AMAZING music. "Whirlwind" is one of my all-time favorite Sega tracks. Such amazing music and gameplay in this game for sure.
Ah one of the very best Megadrive games for me, definitely in my top 5! But I always forget you can block by holding the Shuriken button, which makes everything significantly easier. So fun to repeatedly jump kick onto enemies!
Hey ,You Forgot to do the Infinite Shuriken cheat, change the number of Shuriken' s to 00 then highlight it, until it turns to an infinite symbol, best cheat ever for this game. This game is one of my favorites.
You guys should try Yu Yu Hakusho: Sunset Fighters (Yū Yū Hakusho: Makyō Tōitsusen) for the Genesis/ Mega drive. It's a 4 player fighting game from the developer Treasure :D

Best Shinobi game in the franchise period. It sucks no one buys in to the Shinobi series anymore with the remakes. Highly unfortunate

Oh I thought that cheat was only in Revenge of Shinobi haha, don’t think I’ve ever seen the same cheat carry over between games!
