She came on stage when this was airing for fanservice. It's just like how artists often have their comeback stages prerecorded (those with big props) then go on stage when it's airing so the fans can watch them again.

Most of these MR videos are trying to showcase whether or not the singer is singing live or lipsyncing, however as for now the only reliable way to tell that is through a trained ear and experience with music as there's live autotune nowadays anyway.
I really wish Taeyeon would continue making more solo music like this. It really fits her voice. I also wish that when SNSD gears up for a comeback, no more cutesy and feminine songs please.
