kachori is a rajasthani dish it is usually filled with lentils nd sometimes potato...and VADA Pav which u guys ate is a Mumbai (formarly bombay) street food its like a burger with a deep fried potato patty coated with gram flour batttar.

Street food in mumbai (and bangalore, h'bad ...) is so much better than delhi, for one, they are much cleaner. Then you can not find grilled cheese sandwitches even is restaurants or eatery shops in delhi, everything in delhi is paratha chole puri etc that too only in the morning, evenings are dark and most middle class are indoors like in tribal village life. And delhi selling points are not chicken or cheese but _'maida nnahi atta'_ and _'eggless'_ !

Most hotels will have a buffet breakfast where you can order a serving of an Indian masala omelette made fresh :) The veg sandwich also known as the Bombay sandwich is a huge cultural thing in Mumbai where a lot of the street food is food-on-the-go for office-goers and the working class! Hence the stall had Bombay Chaat on it! The sauce in the vada pav will be a dark tamarind sauce and not soy!
