I would definitely advise you to try it with a primer and then set it with just some light powder. I’ve been wearing this foundation everyday since it came out and I love it. Colour seems to match you really well, unless it looks different in person. 💗 xoxo

I just bought this foundation and have been struggling so much with it. Glad it’s not just me. It was cakey on my skin as well and if I barely touch under my nose or chin, it completely lifts off. Sad due to the price of it. I expected so much more. 😞 Thank you for sharing!
I think the answer is priming after you moisturise before foundation, its so important as it provides an even base, helps get an even base and can moisturise and make it last longer, also powder is a must, even a light layer, would love your future thoughts xx
I am on the lookout for a new foundation, but I worry about ordering online as I am not the best as picking the right shade. For the time being I will keep using my tinted moisturiser for work and see what others come out thanks for the review. 👍
I have dry skin, I'm very fair also. I have always avoided huda base products because I tend to avoid the very full coverage foundations. However, I have got a few that I use and like for nights out. I tend to use a very rich moisturiser and dewy primer with these types of foundations and I also set them with a loose, fine powder but I use a damp sminge to press the powder into my skin. Then I use a dewy setting spray. It's a lot of work but there are certain occasions that call for it.
I always use a primer with matte foundation. Have you thought of buying the new elf cc. I heard it’s lighter but full coverage. That’s my next purchase and the elf mint primer xx
The colour looks nice. I'm like you. Really want to try some new expensive foundations but don't want to waste money. No where is open and even when they do, they are not giving out samples from my experience so it's frustrating atm.
Trina Have you thought of trying It Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation? Ive used it for as long as it's been on the market and find all others to be inferior to it. There are many other full coverage moisturizing foundations but they are all missing something to me. The price has been lowered this year and is affordable at 39.50 now. They have a matte, oil free, moisturizing, full coverage with SPF 50.and others to suit your needs. Give it a try! Kris.

Maybe you didn’t moisturize and prime or didn’t moisturize at all
