Pizza 🍕
Dough recipe:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 and 1/2 sachet yeast
- 2 tsp honey
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup luke warm water and more as needed
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
-for the chicken:
- 1/2 kg chicken breast cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
-for the white sauce filling:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp maida
- 1/2 - 3/4th cup milk
- 3/4th chicken cube
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano or parsley
-for the sauce:
- 5-6 tbsp pizza sauce
- 5-6 tbsp ketchup
-for the topping:
- 500 grams cheddar cheese
- 500 grams mozzarella cheese
- dried oregano and parsley
- sliced capsicum
- sliced onions
- black olives
Espresso 3 milk cake 🍰
- same recipe as in previous video. Just strawberry jam replaced with 150 ml espresso.
