Pile 1- Yes, just yes lol. I have been journaling nonstop, learning about everything I can in regards to everything you’re talking about and identified every single pattern that has ever played out in my life as a result of my trauma wounds. It’s very difficult to do unless you know what they are and can tangibly analyze how they have never failed to play out around you as a form of your brain protecting what it knows to be true or “reality” based off of the data it internalizes during your most formative years via emotional reactions. It fights tooth and nail to validate the beliefs, assumptions etc . as a form of protection which is why it is often a painstaking journey. But I have finally made the break through in my awareness after 2 years and I have never felt more amazing or at peace and I am buzzing all over just as you described hearing you channel it lol. I am currently stuck in a toxic job with lotssss of politic and have been ignored / mistreated so badly. I really want to change career, but the field that I'm applying is so niche that the new company couldn't give me a permanent contract, even though I passed all the interviews. I was so devastated because I literally did everything right, tried my very best, but my life is still fcked. For the first time in my life I was thinking of giving up my entire life in this country and move back to my hopeless home country which I always wanted to leave since teenage years.
