None other than the famous Bela Bartok served as Vecsey's accompanist for a time. The Sibelius violin concerto was dedicated to Vecsey when Vecsey was only 12 years old - the kid was a prodigy. He made his debut in Berlin when he was ten years old - Joachim conducted the orchestra. He later studied with Auer. Ricci used to play this piece to death. You do a great job and you have a fabulous sound. Bravo!!!

Very seldom I have seen this purity of sound, this technical precision and this clarity of musical intent. What could be the best advice for a wonderful career besides a great manager? Well… Commission concertos from upcoming film composers that would attract audiences and solo orchestra engagements.
Now a days competition is fierce, and many a times appointments don’t have anything to do with the level of playing.
People are tired of hearing another Sibelius or another Tchaikovsky time and time again. That’s why Korngold is finally being played but the Scottish Fantasy and the Elgar still seem too long while Bartok cannot be swallowed very well by many audiences.
Alas! This great talent cannot be lost in the trenches. A series of cinematic concertos with all the stamina and the technique to burn by this wunderkind will refresh the repertoire and will give us the chance of having another Heifetz redivivus in our midst.
More than investing on a priceless fiddle put the money on the music.
    The World awaits for you.
It you build it they will come!

    You are wonderful.
Finally, on TH-cam there will be a high-quality and most important touching performance of one of my favorite violin pieces.
I promise, when I’ll grow up a little - I will try to replenish TH-cam with another good performance ^_^

Deep and dark G and D, brillant and focused A and E, without fallacious shining.
Proof there is no need for Stradivarius (when you play that good!)

Ricci above all. Here the slowing down in the melody piece, representing too the WIND, is too sweet

A very poetic rendition, by far superior to Ricci’s recording of the piece
