The main problem with vitiligo is we feel low self confidence, even if we expert in our field but we loose opportunities every day due to rejection from many people/companies. 😥

1 If you avoid makeup or cream and camical product
2 avoid Vitamin c like tommato , orange , apple , achar , dahi , guava etc.
2 Apple is more avoided
3 drink safi only one month daily morning time before breakfast
4 avoid sope

Yes mam you are totally right. Vitiligo is very innocent issue at least it doesn’t harm us. Even i too have vitiligo and taking medicine and it’s improving. We just have to be confident

My patches are quite big and i was looking for makeup to camouflage it but couldn't find any right foundation, now that i have seen your video, would please tell me how to know the right color for your skin tone, as the foundation is quite expensive, i don't want to experiment...
For the shade you will have to try it out on a Kryolan dermacolor Store. You can google and locate a store near you. 👍🏻
Aap pahale koi bhee kryolan ka Darma ka nigro shade lekar white patch par tapping kar kar uske upar apna men shade lgakar pure face ko cover kare marj nhi karna tap tap kar ke even tone me pur face ko cover kare.uske upar derma ka makeup fixer powder se set kare.uske bad agr jyada der tak aap ko makeup rakhna hai to mekaup fixer spray Dharma ka pura makeup complete hone ke bad spray kar. 🙏🏻

I searched "leucoderma body lotion make at home" and i got your video as a teen .... merko bhi bot parashani hoti ha like bith knees , spots in down of legs , hand fingers and hand knees .... my spots suddenly increased in pandemic bc. I was was infected by virus so at that time I eat many citric foods and my combinations of food aslo goes wrong .... sometimes by seeing spots I started crying in my own .... bt then I see many people are recovered from it .... bt I also thinks that all people around me are recovering from it .... why I am not recovering .... Hope you are doing good. My husband is having vitiligo. Need one help after applying Switraghna lep for around 4-5 min on his hands now he is having irritation and swelling. At one place got boil (challa) also. Please suggest what to apply to get rid of irritation and swelling.
Abhi kuch din k liye jab tak boil thik nhi ho jata lep ko nhi apply karna and boil jo ho gya h wo with time khud hi thik hoga. Lep ko bahut savdhani se lagaye maine video m bhi bataye tha, achhe se wash karna h lagane k baad aur koi mild moisturiser lagana h. Filhal agar irritation zyada h toh aap norma doctor se consult kar sakte h, wo koi ointment aapko bata denge. Jab mere saath aisa hua tha tab m ghar par hi rahi thi aur rest kia tha.
Thanks for quick response. He applied for 4-5 min only, may be not washed properly. Applying aloevera gel and cow ghee, any cream you can suggest.

Hi Shivani, Hope you are doing good. My husband's boils got recovered and new skin has come up. Want to share that we had applied Switraghna lep on face also and no boils appeared on face but after single application itself we found that on face, black dots are appearing.
Should we continue to apply it on face? Also due to boils on hand we have stopped application can we start it now and what should be frequency. As you are experienced thought to check with you.

Yes, it also depends on person to person. So patch test first and if the wax feels ok then go ahead.

Ok for everybody my shades of the foundation are DJ 19 and DJ 4 in Kryolan Derma Color. 👍🏻
Can I use it as concealer because I have dark circles and on same time I have vitiligo in that area.. So while concealing dark circles vitiligo part gets highlighted 🤣 so eventually it gets too heavy that it starts to get cakey and heavy😒
@@bhavika7722 I can relate 😊. You can even out your skin colour first by applying foundation and then apply a lighter concealer on the dark circles after applying an orange corrector. I hope this will do the trick. Lots of love 💝✌🏻
