    1. Is Selank ok to use for anxiety and depression if you have a platelet count on the low end of the normal spectrum? I've read that it has anticoagulant effects...
    2. Do you recommend any peptides for lumbar disc herniations? I have a problem at l5/S1.
    3. What peptides for leukemia?

    The GABA connection. I suffer from a problem with low GABA and auto immune / dysregulated immune system. Wonder if there is a link between the two. Thank you for your talk

      oh geez, you. know I always test things on myself before the public. but I will say one thing is a constant-- mediterranean diet and exercise are age defiers.

      @@williamseedsmd I don't believe in the Mediterranean diet food it's just another fad diet in my opinion and research into it 😅 if you want to eat that diet that's fine but you can eat whatever you want just make sure it's healthy and nutrient dense low calories 😉

      @@planetzodd4849well, it’s like you said, low in empty carbs and sugar but high in very fresh veg m, fruit, and fish. While grains too. It’s not a fad. Just basic good nutrition for westerners
