You have different way to train but You can do one hook training and one top roll training once a week + overall general non specific training and light sparring once a week! So 4 trainings a week. 10 days before compétition you can take rest.

You have different way to train but You can do one hook training and one top roll training once a week + overall general non specific training and light sparring once a week! So 4 trainings a week. 10 days before compétition you can take rest.
