Love what you said about change in perspective from “have to” to “get to”! I got married in my 30’s and every time I am overwhelmed by all that comes with being a wife & mom I remember how I prayed all through my 20’s for a family to care for. 🦋🦋
Both the isopropyl and diffuser oil will damage furniture Kelly, especially painted surfaces. The essential oils are the same because they’re solvents. I love you reminding us of gratitude and to be mindful. I think I’ve always been grateful but when I was diagnosed with heart failure and especially after my transplant , my outlook on life has changed significantly. I no longer take anything for granted. Even if life’s challenges get to me, I am reminded of the Lord’s promise not to give us a burden heavier than we can carry. Wishing a great week ahead for you and your precious kiddies, prayers too for you all and Cory. 💕🦋💕🦋💕🦋
My husband is a firm believer of pick while “medium” with cucumbers and squash. Once they get bigger than medium size the bitter comes in. We pick medium sized and our vegetables produce more. It’s like letting vegetables grow bigger zaps the production out of the plant. I wanted to say that it was refreshing to hear of two parents getting along even through divorce. That’s rare and a blessing for your children to see. Congratulations and props to you! 🦋
Kelly you are so motivational for me. I watch you and then get busy with my Sunday reset! I have watched you from when you moved in with your Mom. I am 73 and see myself slowing down. What I do is watch you for 15 minutes, pause it, then do a chore. Thank you for your inspiration! 🦋
Love the perspective of I get to do this this is for my family. So grateful for each day! Thanks for that reminder Kelly! Praying for Cory and your family. It really makes you think. I have a friend who’s son had a brain tumor at 3 and survived but then at 12 a new cancer emerged in his brain and is now on his spine. Please pray for him and his family. He is 15 now and they are praying for a miracle because there is nothing more than can do. 💙🦋
I need to say your a great person, you keep a nice place for your children to live. It’s a lot of work for one person to do. Your mom must be so proud of you. Best wishes to you and your family while your x is recovering .🙏🏻🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
Thank you for your perspective on this video. We are on the Big C journey and I agree with you. I'm my husbands caregiver of his diagnosis of stage 4 Esophageal C. I can't say that word. I refuse to. C changes you, it changes your perspective on every single thing. Continued prayers for Cory, you and the children as you continue on your journey.
I didn't get to do a Sunday reset yesterday so I'll hopefully get it done today. My daughter came over yesterday (26) and we made home made cinnamon rolls together meatloaf and bbq chicken. We couldn't make up our mind so we did both. Love being able to spend time with my baby girl. So no cleaning got done other than dishes but today's the day.. Love that you and Corey are friends. I know that makes the kids happy. Prayers for you all.. 🦋
I love your Sunday reset videos! Tip: 70% isopropyl alcohol is enough for cleaning/disinfecting. No need to mix it with anything. Keep up these and all your videos 🦋❤🦋
Life can truly change in an instant. It's crazy how quickly things can be gone in a second. Gratitude is truly something most lack. Even myself. 😢 I've lost so many in the last 4 years, and it really puts things into perspective. So thank you for your message. 🙏🏻
Kelly let me give you a very helpful hint with your garbage cans. Instead of putting 1 bag in try 4 or 5 at a time. I’m not taking credit for this. I have been in a couple of different nursing homes in my day and their cleaning crew do that with all their cans. I have found it very helpful. God bless you guys thru this really hard time. Prayers for Corey as well.
I understand what you mean about life. In January when I had watched my mom take her last breath at home from blood cancer, people just don't understand unless they go through it themselves. I lost a friend of fifteen years because she lied and told her friends and family i had ghosted her when everyone and including her knew I was grieving for months after watching my mom die. It had really hurt my feelings how someone you thought you were close to, could lie like that when someone was grieving.
I make my own disinfectant spray with: 1/4 c alcohol 3/4 c water A squeeze of Dawn 10 drops of peppermint oil I got it from Melissa Maker from Clean My Space
Love your message at the end. I have MS and started using a cane to walk a few years ago and boy did I complain about that! Next I had a walker, which led to a wheelchair! Now I miss my cane. If I had only said I “get” to walk with a cane! Now gratitude is everything to me. If I “get” to cook or clean it’s a great day!
I always look forward to your Sunday resets!!! I do my whole house cleaning on Friday so I can rest the weekend. I do my bathrooms every other day, with 3 boys I have to!! iykyk I try to make my bed every day and do the dishes. You are a great Mama Kelly, you have a lot on your plate!! I hope you have a great week. Continued prayers for Corey and for y'all.🦋
Yes i thrifted for Christmas, especially when the children are small. One year i put toys in a bag and brought them back out for Christmas. They didn't even realize they were the same toys. So crazy!😂
Yes, live every moment and treasure those moments. We are not promised tomorrow. I usually do my weekly reset on Saturdays. I'm in a different season of life right now, so keeping the house in order is much easier now. GREAT video as usual. Prayers for Corey 🙏 Have a great week 🦋🩷
It's good to hear that you and Corey can be friends!! I have been there and I know the difference it makes with the kids and even your own peace of mind 🦋🦋🦋🦋
We will continue praying for Corey, Kelly. You're so right about how things that seem like a big deal are really put into perspective when something serious happens. Thank you for the reminder, and of course the cleaning motivation! 🦋
Your gratitude comment hit home. My parents didn't have money for things like brandname clothes and we had to do our laundry at the laundromat, so washing my kids clothes is a chore that always fills me with gratitude! I want to have that same attitude in my other chores!
I have recently been working on saying “I get to” not “ I have to” within the last few years. It’s definitely changed my perspective and life!! And people wonder why I’m such a positive happy person. It’s because it’s life changing. Thanks for sharing this motto Kelly. People need to hear it!!❤🎉
We all need to be grateful for what we have. Truly grateful. We get to see another day.....when other's don't. I lost my Mom in February. She'll never see another day...I'll never see her smile again. Be grateful if you still have your Mom. Give her a call...right now. Trust me.....because you will never know how long she'll be on this earth. Big hugs xx 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
I'm so sorry for your loss. Mine has been gone for 13 yrs. She was my best friend and I still miss her horribly. I would do anything to hug her and talk to her once more 😢🙏.
I agree with you…I always try to start my day with a grateful heart! God has blessed me way more than I deserve and I’m so thankful to wake up another day to thank Him!! 🦋🦋🦋 I’m still continuing to pray for Cory and your family!
Hi Kelly thanks for the motivation. Another reason for bitter cucumbers is a very hot season causes stress on the plants and can make them bitter. Also picking them before they get too big helps. Sending more prayers for Cory 🙏🏻 Hope you have a great week 🦋
I did my regular cleaning during the week on Sundays. I do a deep clean and I love when you were talking about gratitude and cherishing every moment I just recently quit my job and became a stay at home mom and I love every minute of it and I homeschool my four year-old daughter. Have a great week Kelly.🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
Hey Friend, Happy Monday. I have been here for years and your Sunday reset videos is definitely a huge part of your channel. You don’t have to apologize for being busy and not having enough time to film anything else. I’m just thankful that you are able to upload new videos. 😊 My Sunday resets consider of doing laundry, some cleaning, and resting for the upcoming week. I enjoy resting mostly during the week after I get off work because I’m mentally exhausted after I’m off. 😅🦋🦋
Great reset as usual. I work outside the home full time. I wish I had a better routine. I watched our grand daughter 2 days a week in my days off. Now she just started Kindergarten today. I will have more days to do things now. 🦋❤️
Continued prayers for Corey and for all of you! ❤ You motivate me so much girl! You're so inspiring and I needed to hear that little quote. Thank you for that!😊🦋
I always do a toy purge before Christmas. Be careful thrifting electronics for Christmas bc I've had bad luck with that a few times, but definitely thrift some toys. I've done that many times and it's fun finding gems, especially for Christmas. Love you Kelly. 😊
🦋 I work full time so I break my cleaning up throughout the weekdays and my husband takes over the cooking and cleaning up on the weekends. I decorate for fall at the beginning of August when school starts then I’ll decorate for Halloween around the middle of September and move right along to Christmas in November lol. Changing the seasonal decor is one of my favorite parts of homemaking!
Hi Beautiful Kelly!🍁 Always inspiring, sweet and motivational!👍 Yes! I agree with you if don’t keep up with household it stacks up!😊 I keep up with laundry! I don’t let it escape!🤭 I tend to do chores around home in areas as it works for me! I am sure you are beat once done with your home! It’s a lot however as you said “you get to do it”. 👍It is a great way to approach your daily tasks. WE have to be grateful that we can get going and do it! I appreciate your inspiring nugget you shared! ✝️I am praying for Cory and your family. 🦋I understand your situation very much so. Blessings of strength to Cory and restoration healing in his body!♥️I don’t know if you believe to lay hands on him and have your children pray over him. It’s a prayer that The LORD honors especially done by children. Blessings!♥️✝️♥️
Yes! We get to do dishes and we get to live! It’s amazing how much perspective changes things! Still praying for Cory. I’m going to try to make a cleaner with essentials oils soon. You always inspire me! ❤
You're so correct about gratitude, thankfulness and appreciation of each day, even the little things in life. My reset is a daily thing due to health issues. Sometimes more gets done than other days, but who cares I love alone. God is good all the time and all the time God is good ❤. I've started my fall decorating, just because I wanted a colorful fall apartment. I don't decorate for Halloween, I'll just roll into winter & Christmas. Yes I often thrift for Christmas but I love Dollar Tree also. 🦋🦋
Hey Kelly! I love your Sunday resets and all of your videos! Thank you so much for sharing about gratitude. I get to do all the things not I have to do them. You always give me all the inspiration! Continuing to pray for you all. 🦋🙏❤
Hi Kelly, I sometimes forget to appreciate my life but then have a talk with myself on how truly blessed I am. So glad you and Cory are helping each other in different ways. As for Sunday resets... they are Sundays for me. I usually watch your resets while drinking my morning coffee and get inspired but today we were cleaning and hanging wash together. I never get sick of Sunday resets. Sounds kind of goofy but these kind of videos have changed my life. So grateful to you and the other content creators. 💙
Hello from florida.i love watching your videos.they are uplifting and inspiring to me.thank you for keeping us posted on cory.im glad that hes hanging in there and stayig positive .thank you kelly for sharyng your life with us.and a big thank you for motivating me.have a bless day.❤
Hope you guys are doing good 🙏 for Corey and you guys glad he is doing better get some rest Kelly everyone needs that at some point and it's OK 👌 ❤ your videos 🦋
💙🦋💙 Hi Kelly! I noticed a few vlogs ago the curtains on your kitchen island. So cute! Really Tues in the country-ccttage look, and the shelves you put up in their with the print and other items. Love!! You're all always motivational girl!! Love you!!
Always enjoy your videos! Appreciated your words about gratitude and we “get to” instead of having to. I think it is great that you and Cory are friends. I will keep you all in my prayers and hope Cory gets better soon🙏🙏🦋🦋
Hey Kelly, Continued Prayers for Cody and Your Family. Thank You for keeping us updated. In my Granddaughter’s school there is a little boy that was just diagnosed with leukemia it is so sad , I can’t even imagine what his Parents and Family are going through. I Pray for him and his Family as well. Anyway on a brighter note. I clean my home in one day ( Monday because I’m the only one home) but of course there is the dreaded never ending laundry! Then on Tuesday I do my yard work. I love being outside as I live on 10 acres. My Grandson keeps my “ big fields “ mowed and I do just around my home and flower beds. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. God Bless. Sending love all the way from Alabama, Chrissie ♥️🙏🦋
Love the motivation I get from watching your Sunday Reset videos. I used to do all my cleaning in one day back when I was younger but now that I am 72 years old I have to break it down to a little bit over several days time. Thanks for sharing the info on the "have to/get to" perspective, I really never thought about it like that. Also thanks for the update on Corey and I will continue to keep him in my prayers. 🦋🦋🦋🦋
🦋 Enjoyed todays video. I also seen the quote your were talking about on my FB page it really hit home for me too I’m a Meme to a 6and 8 yr old boy and girl and I get so overwhelmed at times with toys everywhere after they leave but then I think we’ll some ppl are not blessed with grandchildren and I’m blessed to have them and be able to do what I do ! Love watching your videos ❤️ praying for Cory daily hope you have a great week 🙏
🦋 thank you for the perspective shift. Really needed it! You’re doing great with your garden! Tomato plants can be heavy feeders to keep producing, so I usually put them in their own containers and feed them with a good tomato fertilizer more than once. I use Sure Start as well when I first plant them.
Good morning Kelly Happy Sunday 🧡 life passes by so quickly reminding yourself especially as a mama to take a breath soak in the moment and appreciate all the memories bc before you know it babies are all growing up and those memories will be everything. I look forward to all your videos so glad to hop on here before church this am and see your Sunday reset as I need the motivation this am. My babies start school Wednesday and feel like I have so much to get done before it starts. I like to head I to the new school year with a clean organized decluttered home as we all know too well our home can really affect our headspace. Want the best start foe my babies and myself. Thanks for being the inspiration and motivation I need always showing up with your sweet kind caring beautiful self🧡 Also absolutely love what all you have decorated for fall. I am getting ready to put my decor up. Can not wait I am a fall girl at heart🧡🦋
Your videos help me with my weekly reset. I do a chore every evening, but I do the bulk of my adulting on Sundays. And your videos help jump start my Sunday resets
Hi Kelly - Happy Sunday! I've been using Norwex towels for my widows and glass - got a sample from a friend at work. All they use is water and I have to say they are great + you can wash/dry them & reuse them. Since you're wanting to reduce the chemicals in your home, it might be something that you'll like... just a suggestion. Enjoy your week 🦋

Yes and I feel like I constantly have to remind myself because I forget this often. I needed this reminder. 🦋
I needed this reminder as well. Thank you!
My faith in Christ gets me through all the hard times. You’re right, gratitude and attitude is everything in life

You are so right about gratitude and living In Every moment. I appreciate you Kelly. Your kindness and love for your family is an inspiration.
That is a gamechanger ",I get to, instead I need to". 🦋

I make my own disinfectant spray with:
1/4 c alcohol
3/4 c water
A squeeze of Dawn
10 drops of peppermint oil
I got it from Melissa Maker from Clean My Space
Love your message at the end. I have MS and started using a cane to walk a few years ago and boy did I complain about that! Next I had a walker, which led to a wheelchair! Now I miss my cane. A clean house does make you feel great.🦋
It has been too hot here in Louisiana for much of anything to survive in a garden. Praying now for Corey, the boys and you.
Yes i thrifted for Christmas, especially when the children are small. One year i put toys in a bag and brought them back out for Christmas. They didn't even realize they were the same toys. So crazy!😂

Always motivational. You are a RockStar!!!! Great job Mama. Such a strong example for your kiddos. Especially the unity with Cory. 🙏🏼🥰🦋

Great Sunday reset. Have a great day, Kelly.❤
We will continue praying for Corey, Kelly. You're so right about how things that seem like a big deal are really put into perspective when something serious happens. Thank you for the reminder, and of course the cleaning motivation! 🦋
Sunday Reset was a good video 🦋
Your gratitude comment hit home. My parents didn't have money for things like brandname clothes and we had to do our laundry at the laundromat, so washing my kids clothes is a chore that always fills me with gratitude! I want to have that same attitude in my other chores!

Have a great week! Can’t wait to see your dining room makeover. Still praying for Cory. 🦋
I appreciate that you said you like a corded vacuum. I'm an old girl and love my corded vacuum. ❤❤
Big hugs
xx

🦋 I am lazy today. I work full time so I do my cleaning on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I try to relax on the weekends.
Hi Kelly thanks for the motivation. Another reason for bitter cucumbers is a very hot season causes stress on the plants and can make them bitter. Also picking them before they get too big helps. Sending more prayers for Cory 🙏🏻 Hope you have a great week 🦋

I’m glad that things are improving. 🦋. Love Rocky 🥰
Thank you for your Sunday resets, look forward to seeing them. 👀
How do you put the butterfly at the end?
Thanks for being the inspiration and motivation I need always showing up with your sweet kind caring beautiful self🧡
Also absolutely love what all you have decorated for fall. I am getting ready to put my decor up. Can not wait I am a fall girl at heart🧡🦋
🦋🦋 I say that to myself all the time. Instead of saying I have to I say I get to. It really does change your perspective❣️❣️

My favorite part of Sunday lol
Continued love and prayers to you and your entire family❤️🥰🦋
Your videos help me with my weekly reset. I do a chore every evening, but I do the bulk of my adulting on Sundays. And your videos help jump start my Sunday resets
I love watching your channel. I get so motivated to clean and decorate 🦋
You are so humble and wise beyond your years. Continued prayers for your family. 🦋❤️🦋
Hi Kelly hope you and your family are doing well ♥️🌹👍
Hi Kelly - Happy Sunday!
