That K-frame is what I would expect for west coast stuff, looks great even with the extra/free holes. Always love seeing those long @ss tig welds, finish line in sight for that tudor roof!
Maybe more desert southwest. The stuff from right on the coast seems to be pretty rotten from the salt water in the air. I lived in Maine for years and have seen several occasions where a car parked close to the coast would have the side facing the ocean rusted more than the other side. Kinda weirded me out being from Minnesota where everything is just rotten from road salt!
Hi you are always short of room You have those double doors in the side Could you push them out 8 feet and that would make room for small stuff or the blaster

Those holes in the k member that you were tempted to fill are for the steady rods or anti chatter rods. Sense your talking flathead I'd leave them
