Kendal & Frank, they are stunning looking crystals, what a great location to go fossicking, (rock hounding). There are some great looking specimens amongst them. Frank obviously doesn’t need a gym membership at the moment, he is getting enough exercise shifting some of large pieces. Keep Safe & Keep Rockin
Fantastic adventure, wow what a honey whole , great eye there Frank , to wrap each piece fantastic, over all it is a lot of work specially when you put that care into it, wow wow beautiful finds thank you
Good stuff. Was cool to meet you two down at Jade Cove, found your youtube channel and subscribed! I was with the divers coming out BTW. Keep living the dream.
I would love to go there, and find some awesome and beautiful crystals,I love all of you awesome videos, and the crystal collector and Dan Hurd you guys are awesome
Thank you so much for sharing your advice on how to find better crystals and keep them from being damaged. We didn’t know all of that and a lot of ours were not as nice by the time we got home. You guys are awesome.
Yes flip every rock you can 👍🏼The dirt protects the crystals. It’s fossil stromatolite algae by the way not coral. The crystals formed in the cavities of stromatolite fossils. The fossils themselves are usually totally dissolved but the quartz makes a mold of the fossil structure. They’re like fossils of fossils
Nice finds guys. Here are couple tips for you two. No need to use so much iron out, as a little goes a long way and use warm water and stir it up and then place the crystals in it. Also a few hours tops should work perfectly. You may find at times some greening from the iron out on certain rocks, minerals and crystals. I find if they have that or not, that a 7 day bath in muriatic acid and water makes then stand out so much more and the green will also go away too. If there is any left over rust/iron that also may be gone to if its out crust. Just dont use the acid bath on any carbonates like calcites in your crystals or they will dissolve. Be safe with the iron out and definitely with the acid baths for the fumes of both will get you short term and long term and your outdoor use is perfect; just best to put it down the sewer when done. Looks like you guys have a nice living on the road. Safe travels and nice video. Love and Peace, Chris
Amazing specimens guys! Definitely worth it and I'm sure and awesome experience too. Oh btw that wasn't a salamander, I recognize it actually! It is a fire newt and "newts" are like salamanders but not same basically as toad is to a frog kind of like a tortoise to a turtle if you two didn't know what they were already lol then yeah you get it now. You need to come try Ohio's minerals, fossils and artifacts. There is some incredible very large druzy next to no one knows about here and also some excellent specimens in the Flint Ridge quarry mines which have original Native American quarries still there and where you're prospecting. Same quarries my tribe and families ancestors used for hundreds and thousands of years as well as most tribes across the whole country and if trip wasn't made the trade value of the material was beyond all others. I'll end here but love and and peace to you two and sometime soon is like to actually talk with you two about some serious questions and some ideas. Really feel like the more I e watched your channel more Ive realized how much we're alike it's awesome😂🤌🤙 till another time may you row your life canoe straightly and clear skies surround your life moon and sun always keeping you with sight.🛶🌜🌞 Later kimosabis.✋ Later
We love the pet wood 🪵 we have a video at the Dobel ranch. This year we plan on hunting Fire agate, payson diamonds, and amethyst. Until then the dobel ranch is our fav! 👍
I've been wanting to go here I live in the area. About an hour away. Are the areas that you can go dig pretty much anywhere? Some places I've seen that you dig in like an open pit but this looks like it's more like a wooded area?
I'm going to haunted ridge very soon, hopefully , Bryan Major will be there, so I will be on the TH-cam channel,as the fossil collection, with the crystal collector Bryan Major
Hope to see you two, at Graves mountain Georgia, Bryan Major invited me there, so I'm going to be there on the 4-5-6 , I'm staying 3 days, I will give you a bunch of blue and white crystals and I'm bringing around 15 thousand horn carols and crinoid stems
You go on a snack break and find a crystal. I go on a snack break and all I find is empty calories...lots and lots of those sweet empty calories. Mmmmmmm On to your next vid
Don't know why every one makes such a fuss about druzzy quartz? Personally I think it quite ugly & common as dirt! All it's good for is backdrops for truly great specimens!😁🇨🇦♥️🇨🇦
@Kerin Holmstrom I disagree. I have some druse quartz specimens from this location that are absolutely world class. I sold one large nice piece to a Herkimer mine owner in NY for over 300$ No other location in the continental USA comes close to the quality, quantity, and variety of this location.
Great Shiny rocks. Thanks for sharing.

Just came over from DAN HURDS CHANEL
Nice found
You really need an inexpensive high pressure rotary sprayer which is 100% better than a hose. Robby AU
SAWEET!
