I love this home with each bedroom having is own bathroom. The dining room is perfect for me. I like the kitchen too with that good sized pantry. The back porch I'd probably enclose, have it screened in. You could always add a deck out from there for grilling purposes. Nice, TM!

I like this one however switch the laundry rm and the half bath around then people don't have to wonder where it is, and film it again showing your screened in porch, I don't see a back door anywhere
and think about a log closet by the fireplace, fill it from the outside and get it on the inside doors seal outside and good inside, thank you

Very nice with each bedroom having an en-suite but too much floor space taken up with halls. Hallways are not a good used of space.

The only change I would make is to move the door to the smaller bedroom down closer to the back door and use part of what is now the hallway entrance as a place to put the HV/AC equipment and return air opening to the main hallway. That's a necessity where I live. But, I REALLY like this little house.

The exterior is of a rustic cabin, but inside are all the modern conveniences. The dining room is somewhat distant from the kitchen. There's plenty of counter space, and there's more in the large pantry and the laundry room. There is ample storage throughout. Except for the location of the dining room, this is a great plan.

Only one change - tile some of the entry and the entire kitchen as life happens and tile floors tolerate wet/muddy/greasy messes better than wood.
