    ‘Man Made Devils’!
    Now incorporate those MMDs with KB Zombie Sit-Ups with a chipper method of 12-1 for time and you’ve got yourself a DEVILISH FINISHER ☠️
    The Drill:
    Start with 12 reps of MMDs + 12 reps of KB Zombie, then move down to 11 reps and descend all the way down to 1.
