In my current game the ottomans did actually do this while at war with Italy and Greece, but eventually fell to Italy, who proceeded to fall to Germany.
I was Oppenheimer Technocratic USA and was just building up across the seas. Right now I’m in an all-out war against a Reichspakt that essentially owns the world.
