I like Poppy Playtime, FNAF, and other great horror experience games, especially free roam, though I highly agree with you on this. Horror games like this, they make me want to create my own horror game one day
Well, there is lore to Poppy Playtime and FNaF that adds to the haunting story like finding out about the Purple killer and hearing VHS tapes that speak of test subjects using once live people. This game, though, has none of that at all. It only has instructions or guides and a loud terrifying creature(s) after you, making it a lore free but equally as creepy horror game!

The coolest part of this game is that the name of the game itselfs shows that this creature isnt playing fair, it is stealing to win. Even after you collect all the shiny blue thing, it probaly kills you at the end anyway.

You didn’t see it, but in classic, when you have one remaining, it will camouflage as an orb, (Amit blue light and make the sounds) to catch you off-guard.

The last two levels are my favorite. It's a shame you didn't like the last one, it explained how to use the devices in the guide which you read, and yet you still didn't use them right, until the end. Also Steal.
You suposed to be super quiet on the last one, like if a box is in the way, completely evade that path. because if you do a noise or run, when he reaches you, he will search the room you are in, because it knows you are there, so you lose your breath and die.
