I hate to say it but Thibs has a history running his player's into a brick 🧱 wall & it's showing now. I know he don't trust just anyone but there's a reason why you have player's on the bench you have to use them especially now.
Your coach does not have much faith in everyone when you only play a 7-man rotation. BRUNSON is not all right. He just does not want to make excuses for the team.
Thibs is during a terrible job with his rotation. When you play a 7-man rotation, the other players lose confidence in themselves. These guys are tired, and he must establish some type of rotation until OG returns.
This disastrous performance is on selfish ball-hogging Brunson, the no defensive-minded Divencienzo, and a head coach who has no clue how to readjust. Brunson continues to play iso-ball as if every possession is the final play of the game. He hogs the ball, causing everyone to just stand around and wait for him to shoot. I thought he was running point, not shooting guard. There is no fluidity to the offense cause he's playing selfishly. Divencienzo's lack of defense gets exposed when he doesn't hide it with any offense. Anyone who praised Divencienzo on Friday has proven themselves a casual, cause for all he did on offense he was the reason Haliburton was dominant himself offensively. But Thibs is the biggest problem, and this team will only get over the hump once he's fired in two years. He should have made a strong statement by benching Brunson early in the game to let everyone know that no one is above the team. But the only guy he continues to make an example of is Precious Achuwa. For some reason Thibs really dislikes Achuwa and continues to bench him, while letting Brunson and Divencienzo do as they please. Then he brings in McBride to shoot and miss, shot after shot after shot. The only guy that has proven trustworthy on this team is Hart. Josh Hart battles, plays smart, and is all about the team. And for all you casuals that were content with a moral victory on Friday, this is what happens when you don't close the deal. They missed an opportunity on Friday, cause of Brunson's selfishness and overall awful performance on Friday, and now find themselves in a must win on Tuesday. And if you're not sure if you're a casual or not, a casual are the ones who just see the score and not the game

Hate to say it but the reaction in the comment section are what I was expecting. All finger pointing and blame shifting plus the injury excuses as well as the massive deletion of TH-cam videos of trash talking Knick fans. I am a casual fan and will admit that openly! I cant stand basketball as a sport in general. Too many guys running around falling on the floor crying "he touched me". But when I do get a good game like these last couple I smile. Especially when the small topples the big. Pacers did well reppin my city
