I have had the 4000 for 2yrs and the mrs only this past weekend was away visiting family and when she was about yo set of back home she phoned and said there was no power in the van , i exolained the gooloo over the phone and she got it started and got home i checked the van it had a loose negative lead but the gooloo now is our hero and always gets fed more juice and looked after and packed away all cosy wrapped in a towel becouse lithium battery's are sensitive to extrem e temperature fluctuations, best extra you'll ever buy your car you wont regret it
Unfortunately it wasn't able to start an Opel Insignia 2.0 CDTi. The temperature was around -3 °C, so maybe that was the problem. Still, I expected it to perform the jump start. I even used the boost mode, didn't help.
I bought one. Doesn't hold a charge. Still under warranty. Contacted their support. Even with proof of payment they do everything they can NOT to honor the warranty...BEWARE!!!😮😮😮😮
Since my vehicle has a 120v outlet in the rear console that is only powered when the vehicle is running, I just leave the jumper plugged in to receive a charge all the time I am driving the vehicle, this way I can make sure It is fully charged at all times and that it hasn't been forgotten to be replaced into the vehicle after charging it elsewhere. I do drive a 2016 suv that just made it to have 40,000 miles on it, so I don't have any issues that would cause this jump starter to be required but the weather can make vehicles more difficult to start in the winter temperatures. And being able to be self reliant and not waiting for someone else to help that also happen to have jumper cables with them right then is a much better piece of mind for me personally.
That’s handy especially if you leave the unit in the vehicle all the time. I have the Gooloo 3000 and after 3 months not being used it still holds almost 100% charge ( using the optional quick charger it is fully charged after less than 10 minutes ). I imagine with colder outside temperatures a Gooloo left in the vehicle might lose more of its charge quicker so your situation is nice to have. I had my vehicle parked at the airport for two weeks so I left it in the car. I was a little concerned because Gooloo doesn’t recommend leaving it in 40 + degrees ( over 100 F )or in below minus 20?. Celcius ( I think around 0 F ) or colder. A car left in the sun for several hours will hit well over 100 degrees F. Bare that in mind.
DON"T It has a fragile USB C connector and that is the ONLY way to charge it. If you bump that cable when it is plugged in the little connector breaks and the whole thing is junk. It's very sad as there are so many rugged connectors on this thing but only one way to charge it.
How do we know your battery on your car was dead, me a cynic, never😊. On a more serious note ['m looking at this battery pack for emergency starting my scooter when I'm touring away for a couple of weeks. The problem with scooters is because they cannot be bump started its a pain if the battery goes flat.
You just have to trust me that car is a battery drainer :) Would be a good fit for your scooter since this is so small and compact it would be perfect.
I just don't know what to think… The person in the video look at him he looks very intelligent and his car very nice… I really think to myself I doubt he's ever had a dead battery. But I mean I could be wrong you can leave the lights on in any car I think… Everybody's trying to sell you something in this world how can you not be skeptical especially when the guy looks so blood he smart with such nice Cars
I just got my GP2000 from amazon..but why mine look different?i dont have that red power button..my power button is on the side of the unit?i hope i did not get a fake gooloo😢😂😮
Every Motomaster jump starter I owned had me cursing their name all the way until the tow truck arrived. I stopped cursing with the Gooloo :)

I own a 3.6L 6 cylinder 12 volt battery sedan. Will this jumpstarter suit this size engine?
Yes
anyway to test the jump starter itself other than a dead battery on a car ?
unplug your car battery and plug the jump starter itself to the car and turn the car on.
Why is the red light blinking
Hi if am buying a used audi A4 2.0 2001 sedan what should i look out for and what can i do to it to make it good for use
Honestly for an older Audi, get a full pre-purchase inspection done. Check for rust throughout the body.
Just ordered! Do you find it get hot or overheat when you boost a car? I had that issue with my Motomaster one and I hated it
The gooloo 4000 is my go to and used a few times now and no never got hot and worked perfect every time even with a disconnected battery lead
