Sir my name is jiskachappilly from kerala i had a commutated left pattella with open fracture proximal tibula and to addon left hand accilory nerve injury.. It was way back and i somehow recorved from that with gods grace.... My lrft thigh muscle lose of the less mobility and i tryed my time on an off physiotherapy.... Its been almost 11 year now i put on some weigh like i was 104 kg few months back... And i had knee, latreal hip, inner left bottox pain and everything again... And now am really on a magnificent ressurrction in jessus name.. And you sir give me a great motivation... Thakyou verymuch....

Hi.. my friend is going through a tough time. She recovered from the blood infection, after battling in ICU for 36 hours. However, post treatment, she was not able to move her legs and at first what doctor said, it could be due to the nerve getting clogged during the IV fluid treatment. Which was supposed to get better within a day.. but unfortunately it didn’t. She has been moved to a neuro and physiotherapy facility. The treatment is in progress but she has given up already.
Any idea how long it can take to recover and start to feel the legs again?

1 month ago, I have a knee injury and i was not able to walk, run and not doing any activities. I was totally depressed and think that i was not recover . but slowly I start physio exercises and after 3 months now I am totally fit. but the journey of thse 3 month of recovery was very challenging
