gall.P Thanks! I put more overtones in the snare to give it more of a fuller tone. I was just going to use it for this song (since the snare in the original is like that), but maybe I'll use it as my standard. People seem to like it a lot!

@@hagen4264 I mean drums can be a bit expensive, but then you can learn by yourself, that's the amazing thing about drums they are much easier because you really do not need too much music theory to begin with, you can find basicl everything online. If you buy a drum kit and sticks I believe you can fully learn drums without any lector
@@matyassyptak3666 can you really though? i bought my own kit a week ago and can already cover some basic songs but stuff like technique cant really be self taught. with a drum teacher im sure theyw ould point out the bad habits im learning right now

Amazing performance, mainly from 2:05 to 2:11, it sounds very good ! I think this technique (accents) is kinda like one you've used at the beginning of your cover on "Peeping Life", right ?

Japan was awesome, I made a lot of really cool friends and played a lot of music over there.
And yeah, it's quite similar to Peeping Life. I just did improv for that part however; what is actually played is a bit different.

an update coming after three years: There are many techniques on how to grip drumsticks and which wrist motion to use for hitting with them. It all unravels after starting to play the drums.
