Yes! As they get a little more wiggly, I always used those feet to bounce out some gas or energy. Just a little bouncing with lots of support since they're too little yet go hold much weight. ❤😊
I wish more people would do this and realize this is much less invasive than giving meds. They think this is so much more dangerous than giving meds to a still developing digestive and immune system and it just blows my mind. Or they let them suffer with GI symptoms and continue to projectile vomit and cry and keep everyone in the house up because they don’t want to give meds but won’t try this. It’s heartbreaking.

Not sure why this is a business and people charge for this. Best advice my health visitor ever gave me, hold the baby totally spine-straight when burping. My daughter never had colic.
I hold my baby like that, but squat her legs when she has to poop. Works every time. I think it takes the pressure off her bum and relaxes her enough to poop herself. I mean…no one wants to poop their pants. Even an infant lol
They really don't care. Wait till they're old enough for potty training. You'll see that something they'll rather keep playing than to go to the bathroom. I work at daycare and we have lots of 4-5 year olds that do everything to hide that they need their diapers changed
Yes! I believe the doctor that coined the term “magic hold” stated that a big reason why it works is because it feels familiar to baby, like being in the womb ❤
She made that baby cry by hurting him so she could show you that hold.....😢 Did you see how hard she pushed on his tummy??😢 She pushed on it till he cried. Poor little poor little. We've known for centuries that babies want to be on their tummies because it puts pressure on their bellies when they have a belly ache or a burp in there that needs to come out.
