@Priyanka Krishnamurty How much did you score after completing the playlist in exams ?? How much marks can I expect tomorrow is my exam and I have reached upto this topic ?
The Applegate diagram that you have drawn intial is correct after your recorrection it is wrong.because in ur recorrected diagram ee(early electron is travelling small distance compared to er and el)ee have to travel more time in repeller space due to low velocity for early electron..other than this all is excellent..

Sir kindly upload the calculation of efficiency of reflex klystron derivation. Day after tomorrow we have exams. It's a request sir. Your videos are very helpful.
Can you please upload explanations for topics as follows: 1) O & M type classification of microwave tubes, re-entrant cavity ,velocity modulation. 2) Cylindrical wave magnetron 3) microwave applications like microwave heating, thickness and moisture measurement, microwave diathermy. 4) Microwave measurement devices such as slotted line , tunable detector, VSWR meter, power meter and their working principles. 5) microwave measurement techniques to measure S-paramter, frequency ,power attenuation ,phase shift ,VSWR , impedance . 6) Radiation hazards and protection. I am a student in my final year of electronics and tele-communication engineering
We provide +ve voltage to late electron and -ve voltage to early electron that's why early electron move slow and late electron move fast so we can able to bunch all three electrons at the same time
@@arjunfitness3836 actually you are saying the opposite, we provide +ve voltage to early elect. in the anode cavity which accelerates it more so it travels further than the ref. and late elect. similarly we provide -ve voltage to late elect. in the anode cavity which deaccelerates it and thus it travels less than ref. and early elect. so it travels less dist.
10:15 Timestamp How to set the modes of propagation of electrons in this reflex clystron? What is actually the "mode"? and what is the meaning of choosing mode i.e "n" as 1,2,3... etc?
6:22 Timestamp All electrons are emitted by an electron gun so, how that early and late electrons are classified? How do we tell early electrons lesser velocity and late electrons higher velocity? (because I thought like all electrons are emitting from the electron gun and the distance between the electron gun and the repeller electrode remains constant... )
I guess we will be giving some RF input to the reflex klystron to work v as an oscillator, so the waves having polarity in direction increases speed of early electrons and the reverse electric field reduces the speed.
Why reflex klystron characteristic is like the diagram you have shown. Plzz explain how we got that diagram. This will help us to elaborate the answer in exams
You are doing grt job.. but this video lecture is too much confusing... you are doing some mistakes in applegate diagram explanation ... plz correct it and upload again.... thank you
@@EngineeringFunda How will the early electron have more time to travel and less repulsion than the LATE electron?? Dont they all travel the same distance in same time since the drift space is same and there is continuous generation of electron?? Is it due to velocity modulation OR transit time effect?? Need cavity oscillator basics, circuit designing and it's implementation in multisim if possible
@Maddux Grayson Hahaha I no longer need to know about oscillator as I passed out... Good thing that...
Thanks 👍

How to set the modes of propagation of electrons in this reflex clystron? What is actually the "mode"? and what is the meaning of choosing mode i.e "n" as 1,2,3... etc?
Its like 3 different car which start moving with different time with different speed to meet a certain point

why Early electron has high velocity ?

Reflex klystron is used as an oscillator only or as amplifier also or both?
Both
Thank you sir

Please add derivation part also sir
Please try to increase the sound because when im trying to watch suddenly ads are playing with much sound and that really so horrible
I have recorded that video with law quality camera now in new videos i have good camera , so in new subjects this problem will not come.
Engineering Funda thank you sir for understanding n reply
You are doing grt job.. but this video lecture is too much confusing... you are doing some mistakes in applegate diagram explanation ... plz correct it and upload again.... thank you
See it again, I think it's proper. So watch till end.
I can't understand why bunching of electron generates RF wave?
How I can interpret Applegate diagram.
What operating characteristics shows in diagram?
+Shubham Nayak : bunching of electrons amplifies signal and regarding RF signal I think you should learn Maxwell's equations.

Please check the position of e(e), e(r) and e(l) in the AppleGate Diagram.
yes he said wrong
Plz tell about reference books
How should we give an alternative voltage to the gap,Through the V(A) {Voltage applied to the cavity}?
velocity modulation derivation sir?
Are there any modes in reflex klystron?
Why bunching ? How it generates microwave
How can you connect electron gun to both positive and negative voltage.
Yess I have same doubt becazz in the diagram cavity is connected to dc suppy but in explanation it looks like ac signal

fitness freak dude , it distracts me too😓😓
Sirrrr early e must take more time
Yes, early electrons take more time with less velocity so to have electrons bunching that happens and that is Velocity modulation
but how it will happen sir, can u plz explain how velocity modulation works in it......
Sir, I don't know pen r using in xam are WRIGHT R WRONG
plz tel me sir
