- Later this year we’ll be releasing a major graphics update, that will update all assets in Necesse with new juicy ones!
In this video we’re showcasing a snow village, forest village, the snow caves, the forest deep caves, the snowy surface biome and some brand new water!

I have to say, a big part of what initially drew me to the game was how much it looked like the early giants of the genre such as Minecraft and Terraria(especially) when they were still fresh way back in the 2010s. I can't quite put my finger on it, but if I had to guess I'd say more muted colors actually contributed to the feel of the game somewhat, for all 3 games in question. I do think overall this is a big improvement though, it's just a weird feeling of it not feeling as _homely_ or whatever anymore. Only real criticism would be the characters look like they have massive heads now, but everything else I'm excited to see!

Looks cool overall! Particularly the snow biome, deep caves/underground and furniture. One thing I'm not sure, is npc's having bigger heads now? and I think those cows at least while moving need some tinkering, but gotta see it in action to really know how to feel about it. :)

There very likely will be some new character classes/archetypes in the future, yes. Not for the Graphics Update though ☺
