This talk is the real deal. I am very inspired by it. I have used this technique and it works. However, I have gotten off track in the last several years and have been in fear and lack. This talk has woken up the possibilities again. I love the bells, very calming. They help my nervous system to relax.

I was helping myself and family and getting frustrated because there was only little change. I know that healing takes effort time patience hope and knowing yet I found myself upset about what is, I am grateful for this video the tones the message helps me to receive and apply this information. The gratitude is real. Music does a similar thing this video does only some music has messages that I no longer can sing at this time. I am grateful to be on this journey.

There are 2 ways of opening a jar. One is focusing on the jar open and another trying to open the jar. Your focus determine how much of a struggle you will encounter. It's not about doing nothing. Neville and other teachers repeat that over and over again. It's about why and how you do it. With what attitude and from what mindset. If your way of opening a jar is ok to you, go for it. I think you missed the point… The effortlessness comes that you have to first think and make your journey more parable resistance is always bringing more of it. The moral of this story is that if you push too hard, you always get pushed back from circumstances. This is a law of physics, but if you accept, and you feel learn how to thinkdifferently and attract with the energy, your generating your heart and your mind what you really need and what you really want then that’s a different story. Maybe you can listen to Eszter Hicks. She has a much more clarity on the issue how to let things be.
I've experienced way too much struggle which is equivalent to stress which isn't good for us. I would appreciate some effortlessness in my life.

Just like God in us is pretending to have difficulties in life. As you said to struggle. You just don't know you're pretending because that's part of God's game. All of this life is just a game. God is rejoicing in the struggle and rejoicing in overcoming the struggle, just as you would playing a video game.

Yes you can use this to get your ex back. But if you want a healthy relationship with that person and they still want you it'll work fast but they must want the same thing.
