S23 ultra has better cameras than oppo find x8. UI and display are better on samsung, also the flagship experience of using an ultra phone is priceless. But battery backup will be better on oppo. Oppo has more powerful chipset, but that will be evident only under heavy usage. 8 gen 2 is stable and plenty powerful. But to keep the device for 3+ years, oppo only will give updates later on. S23 series only gives 4 years of updates that too from 2023.

Check if any users are using this mobile because Samsung Ultra series mobiles after 1 year their battery performance is worst. I used to get 3 to 3 and half hour SOT in my S22ultra and couple of weeks back one software update bricked mother board and they are asking to pay 48k for motherboard replacement.
I have been using S23 Ultra since launch day and the battery life is as it was,no degradation in camera as well. Vivo X200 pro has better cameras but one should wait for 3 months and buy at a lower price point.
Bro, it's definitely Samsung. They too much downgraded their S23 Ultra phone. I'm really experiencing this, and also at night, Samsung did the worst things with the S23 Ultra. This is a cheap policy by Samsung and has ruined their fans' and customers' trust. #samsung
