Makhane Ki Kheer is made with Makhana, dryfruits, ghee, sugar & milk.... Indians usually make this kheer during Navratri, Ekadashi or on any fasting days... It is super easy to make & delicious in taste...

Ingredients :-
Makhana - 2 cups
Milk- 1ltr
Cashew(chopped) -2 tbsp
Kismis(raisin) - 2tbsp
Sugar- 1/4cup
Green cardamom- 3-4no
Saffron- 1pinch
Pistachio(chopped) 5-6no
Rose petals
