Wave Interactions - Lesson 2

This video lesson investigates how supersonic flows generate shock and expansion waves as they interact with solid boundaries, like flow in a duct. When the supersonic flow is moving inside a duct, small deflections can generate shock and expansion waves that reflect on duct walls and interact with each other, creating complex patterns.
