  • The video that we are making are all about the rules and responsibilities of the Front Office Manager or known as a Receptionist position in a hospitality industry particularly in the Hotel and Resort industry. As a front office manager your department is the first and last impression that a guest has of the hotel, so it's your job to ensure that it is a good one and must be handle properly.
    Besides,we also manage to put some of the do’s and dont’s of the front office manager during the work hours in order to be a professional front officer manager that friendly and hospitable to the customers.The do’s that can be follow by the front office manager is they must dress properly,be punctual to work,establish an eye contact with the guest.serve the guest properly and confirmed reservations,make sure the front desk are clean all the time and last but not least do not forget to always give a smile to the customers and give a warm welcome and speedy in service.
    Next,the dont’s that front office manager should not do is dress improperly,come late to work, being bad tempered to guest,no eye contact with guest and taking personal call on duty.Those all the attitude that shoud not have by the front office manager in order to lift up the hotel name all around the country.
    All do’s and dont’s must be obey by the front office manager in order to be a professional and discipline in our ethics as a hotel staff that provides a great service to the customers and raise up the income of the hotel market in hospitality industry.
