Jennifer I have followed you forever...you've covered Dots, (polka dots) and I struggle with it. I have used multiple methods air brush and manual.....all I can say is ARRRRGGGG.......Confetti Walleye. I have tried everything for the dots on a confetti or clown color lure. What I see is use various application tools, get what you get. For the size lure I an using a 6D nail...when applied it's a wet paint dot. Very hard to keep in place and time consuming. Apply dots let dry with aid and flip then reapply, same lure. Mass production of clown color patterns. Yep I have had creatix paints run after application, so I use my setting gun to keep the paint for lurching to gravity.....argggg Sure you have covered it but...dots....argggg
Hey Jen no I don't thin my KBS but a friend of mine tried thinning it and he said it gets hard because it's not so thick.. do you think it's the paint thats soft underneath because I'm not waiting enough before I dip? I don't know just picking your brain you been doing this longer than me thinks for any feedback..
Jen quick question on the KBs I've been dipping my lures in that KBs and it's been about a month now and I could still put my fingernail into the Finish any reason why
Looking good Jen
Thank you for all of the hard work you put in you are truly talented. The videos you make have inspired me to take up the airbrush.
Hey Jen ! Hope your doing well.

Are we talking airbrush tip dots like Shad dot size? Or paint brush, like rainbow trout dots?
What kind of primer do you use and do you have to thin it?
Using unthinned Golden High Flow white and black

Yes that’s possible

No idea. Do you thin it?
Hope you continue to have Crankbait paint sessions in the future ...although I realize swimbaits are most of your world now.
