Sir I have one query regarding Seniority promotion that is, I have promoted as per seniority list from Goods Guard to Sr. Goods Guard from GP-2800 to 4200 during HOD period. After leg amputation (Medically Decategorised),I have joined as a Sr.Clerk (GP-2800).Sir, I also paid salary during HOD period as GP-4200. Though Goods Guard and Sr.Goods Guard are same category of post,there are no extra responsibility and I was not able to join the duty as I was under treatment. Is this justified to me? I GOT 1st MACP during 2009, next i got promotion in december 2016 and level changed from 5 to 6 (2800 to 4200 GP). If any body appointed as tech III and promoted as tech II and from tech II he became JE through LDCE 25% DR quota. After that he became SSE. Now how much MACP can he get.

If any body appointed as tech III and promoted as tech II and from tech II he became JE through LDCE 25% DR quota. After that he became SSE. Now how much MACP can he get.
