    Great stuff!
    My local Hit Markt has dried kadipatta. It's in the Indian section.
    They have whole wheat wrap bread that taste like chapatis. But they put lots of preservatives.
    I wish they were introduced to paneer. Then we could buy fresh paneer from the cheese department and not the frozen variety in Indian stores. Yes I know it's easy to make, but I'm lazy.

    • @VanakkamGermany
      @VanakkamGermany  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kadipatta - Is it related to Curry leaves? I have no idea about this one.
      Paneer - No item in German supermarket can replace it today, although some things like Hütenkase and other käse are similar

    • @adityat90
      @adityat90 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. Curry leaves. This is the brand's website gunarajan.de/

      I tried the Hüttenkäse once to make paneer makhani and it just melted into the gravy. Wouldn't recommend. I've even found Bread Kulcha in REWE. Again filled with preservatives but ok once in a while.
