I found these guys randomly, serving as a soundtrack to this japanese hotel documentary. It was "Low Battery". I instinctively pulled my phone, ran soundhound and boom! Here I am days after... this is something exceptional.
Sometimes you listen to a record and you think "they cannot possibly play this as good on stage as on their recording" and then you go see the band on stage, and the music they play is even better.
Love this song although after awhile it seems repetitive. Seeing how long they played this song it'd have been a great chance for some improvisation. Horns have wonderful warm tone. Love the flute bit.
@immot88 if you broaden your horizon and give the song a chance then maybe you can appreciate it more. . .there is a quantitative and non-subjective reason why there are 133 Likes and 0 dislikes for this video.
the chorus for this song is like a breath of fresh air, and the piano riff just takes it to a whole new level
A truly emotional song. I haven't heard something this beautiful in, possibly, ever.
The most played song on my iPod for 2008 and 2009. Pure genius melody writing.
