Inspiration- Yoga + Balloon Breathing Exercise + Barefoot Dreams
Balloon 🎈 - Pinch the neck of the balloon with your index finger and thumb. One or two fingers. Place the opening of the balloon inside your mouth. Then blow as much air as you can in there. (Breathe in through your nose then blow the air in the balloon or pinch the neck while you take a deep breath then blow the air)
Glove 🧤- To blow up a glove, place it inside your mouth then start by holding the neck with hands✊then inhale through your nose and exhale the air in
