Just so you know, regardless of whether you have the console vertical or horizontal, you have to use the stand (no it's not just a vertical stand) . Excellent unboxing and setup though, man. Enjoy your PS5. Earned a sub from me.

My friend I like Your positivity and energy! Just want to correct two things: The 5G on ps5 is 5ghz Wifi, its a frequency band in Routers and 5G you are mentioning is 5th generation communication 5G.
Secondly I just want to mention that Blu-ray discs are MUCH more scratch resistant than DVDs and as well the games only get copied off the discs and they don't spin inside the ps5 like in the old days. As the ps5's ssd is so fast that the read speed of discs are slow.
Thanks man! I'm pretty sure I know what 5G means. As for the scratching, that was a joke. Both consoles are great and if anyone isn't buying the disc because of fear of scratching discs being the main detriment, then they shouldn't be getting it in the first place. Both consoles are great and I'll rock either one but this is all I was able to get my hands on :)

Thanks for the video I’ve been contemplating the standard edition but have now changed over to the digital which is far superior. Gone of the days going down to the shops for a disc when you can pre download new titles with PSN early access!

Except when you buy digital... You still don't fully own the game. It's like buying movies on Amazon, you don't fully own them. We gotta support discs and keep physical media alive. Plus with the disc drive version you're getting a 4K UHD Blu Ray player as well.
Very valid if we agree to going digital with everything things will get alot pricer in the future when all you can buy digital everything!
When buying discs, you can get good deals that are unavailable on the digital. And you can download digital games on the standard aswell.

I like the aesthetic compared to the disc version. I have the disc version, and I can imagine I would've like the look of the digital version better. And no, I haven't used any discs yet lol!
You can always return and switch them but I wouldn't do that right now as you might not get another for a while :)
