Late but should have used the ice ax on ALECTO. Gotta try different weapons with affinities(fire, frost, holy etc)

I am replaying the game now and I remember this Alecto fight, your stamina is non-existent. Lol. I find her harder than many major bosses.

Alecto imo was the hardest boss I ever faced in Elden ring.

Your stamina is your sword and the way your holding it. You need to level up endurance

Becouse u cant summon. Play without ghost and u w learn that. But lot of good player exist in utube. U popular becouse this is freak show. U reflect the light perfectly.
