I am watching this 7 years later and I think it's a good idea to point out that in Starship Troopers it is suggested that the initial bug attack that started the war might actually have been a made up story to get the public to approve of the invasion.
SCP4004 - The endless Demo disk binder. SCP4004 is to be kept in a secure lock box in Section [] of [] locked with two magnetic locks and a dial combination lock of which the combination must be split between two Level 3 personnel whom have no contact on or off site. Found in an office in Los Angeles, surrounded by multiple dead bodies identified as Adam Kovic, Bruce Greene and James Williems, as well as several other unidentified corpses. Cause of death is unknown, but believed to be related to the binder. Testing on Site [DATA REDACTED] shows that subjects presented with the binder exhibit abnormal desire to open the binder and remove one of the demo disks from inside. Upon removing a disk the subject will then look for an available CD drive and place the disk in, at which point the PC will begin to read the disk as expected. Depending on the model and specifications of the computer the disk may or may not work. If the disk works, test subjects will play all of the demos on the disk for approximately 30 minutes before removing the disk and [DATA EXPUNGED]. If the disk does not work the subject will [DATA EXPUNGED] immediately. Once the subject has finished with the first disk they will then proceed to the next disk, repeating the same process. I haven't read the books but part of the humor of the movie is the political garble they shove in your face. So if you're watching from the human's point of view then of course the bugs started it.
I've been watching Achievement hunter for years and totally ignored funhaus. I am so glad there is literally thousands of hours of these guys dicking around. The truth is, the difference between these guys and AH is that these guys are genuinely naturally funny, extremely likable people. AH haven't felt like any of them enjoy what they are doing for the last 2 or 3 years. Corporations always ruin small, great things. money is everything, and catering to 9 year olds makes money.

I don't know if it's old viewers coming back, but these early Demo Disk videos have a surprisingly high amount of views, holy shit. Like, it takes 32 videos to find one that doesn't get over a million views and then it goes back to a million right after.

I understand you don't want to be samey or repetitive and I totally agree with that but this show proves that you guys are creative and were able to start a hilarious and successful show on a brand new channel with a binder full of what most people consider trash. My suggestion would be to maybe offer it as a special show like once a month or something because I think it's kinda a classic. Thanks for keeping me laughing! :)

This is the greatest Demo Disk yet! I love that the characters are so self aware they know what they are doing and how the disk will most likely fail to work. Bruce smashes discs with such passion I can see the heart break in his eyes as he cracks the disc shattering the souls that lye inside. Adams slowly slipping insanity is ever more apparent as the voices inside his head eat away at him. God I love this very existential forward thinking show. I cant wait to see where it is heading.
This is the best Demo Disc yet! But I wish you guys would do less gameplay and focus more on the installations and disc breaking. Oh and more russell crowe talk please.
I gotta say, this was one of the funniest demo disks for me so far. It seems the less they actually play games the funnier it is as it just turns into a video of them dicking about. Grade A stuff guys. I love it.

16:30 the starship troopers game was actually pretty good, hard but good. the reason you were having trouble is because only the standard bugs are vulnerable to your default gun, the one with endless ammo. the rest are either armored or can only be harmed in certain places. the yellow bugs have armor plating and while you can shoot it off or aim for the nerve centers it's better just to use armor piercing weapons, IE the rifles with limited ammo. I highly recommend it and would love to see a playthrough on here.

I am just really envious of people who have such a huge overlap between what they do in their completely free time, and what they do for work. I cannot imagine actually making money from just fucking around with friends and playing video games. Yes, I get that you guys work too, but it's true that what I just mentioned is a major part of how you make money here. Not even complaining though, that's awesome, and I wish I could do it too.
