For some reason TH-cam says there are 20 comments but I don't see any others...
I love the touch sensitive fixtures (possibly Series 3) on the main elevators. I think those fixtures may have been made in a touch sensitive version for only 3 years or so.
It appears that the service elevator can likely operate in attendant service. I think that is what the panel on the wall is for. I think the numbers light up to show calls.

Based on your description, yes those are Epco SSL fixtures on the service elevator.
Those passenger elevators look amazing!
It seems Otis has a thing about slower service elevators in highrise installations.
A long time ago, I recorded the ones at 100 Front Street in Worcester, which were 500FPM. The service one was just 350FPM (a fairly recent elevator video).
LITTLE-KNOWN FACT: The Series-1 original floor indicators ALWAYS come in pairs. If a building had an odd number of landings, they will either repeat a floor, or have one that doesn't exist.
Rarely the extra space, as seen in the red panels here, is blank, but is there.
That's correct, and it's very common to see. But to clarify for those that don't know, it's the older style Series 1 indicator with the analog floors, not the new digital indicators.

Loved those Series 3 touch sensitive buttons. I have only seen and touched those kind of buttons twice before in Hong Kong.

Yes, this building is not public. I was escorted by a tenant. Security here is friendly however access is restricted by badge.
Finally an update. As for the building itself being private property, there has to be some sort of identification to enter.

This is one I've always wondered what they looked like and wanted to ride. Mostly because It's been a long long time since I've been on a elevator that goes just a few floors
Finally got an update 😊 been waiting for this for a while. Would we be able to go in here when I come down.
Unfortunately not. I had to really pull strings to make this happen.
Also there is access control here now. You have to badge to operate the elevator.

I bet the Wells Fargo building is the Roanoke financial center which I think is similar to the big blue building in Lexington because it first of all is the tallest building in Roanoke just like the Lexington financial center is the tallest building of Lexington

I thought all touch sensitive buttons were discontinued since the 80's.
The sign says the button light is burned out but the button itself works
For clarity, my househhold never travels any Otis Elevator in Bank Building or Airport; or Hotel, we take the steps.
Are these OTIS Gen1’s or 2’s?
