Just for context: Cactus's pace is 150 BPM and the choreo (especially when the beat drops after the chorus) follows almost every beat. So at x2 it has a pace of 300 BPM which is really hard for the brain to comprehend, never-mind dance to and they still managed to get the choreo mostly right and stay somewhat in sync! This is not just skill and talent, but rather a testament to how much they practice. It's like the choreo is hardwired into their bodies...
The gleeful smiles and being just on the brink of exasperated laughter while challenging themselves for fun...I adore this group! They are what the kpop scene needs right now. The kpop idol/group industry just takes itself to seriously. The artists of big record companies shoulder a great emotional and physical burden, trying to maintain a polished and "perfect" image; both while in song performance and not. The A.C.E. boys' more Indie approach to their career is a privilege to behold! It's obvious that not being tied down so completely to the industry's status-quo allows them to be more creatively expressive and let their raw talent shine and speak for itself. While other groups impress me and even awe me, these guys have me in awe AND grinning in pure joy! Most of Kpop (as of this comment) is performing for the kpop audiences of 2019. A.C.E. is performing for the audiences of 2025. They are ahead of their time. And we are lucky enough to catch this train early!

To have their hard EDM song, which already has a high number of beats per minute, sped up 2x and basically still hit over 90% of the moves right on the beat (even if they aren't perfect)?! Getting completely lost in that beat at normal speed is easy enough for dancers not used to EDM, 2x the speed makes it so easy to lose track of where in the song they are supposed to be. Like, even Donghun lost the beat a bit near the end of the 2x run...I sympathize so hard. Lots of groups do the 2x challenge but not many have a choreo and song combo quite like this, especially in 2017! A.C.E, you guys will always be trailblazers.

I love it so much that they kept on smiling throughout the whole video even though the speed dance was definitely very tough to be done . they are definitely ACE!! they live up to their name .
