At first I wanted the show to 'SHIP them but then I thought "PLEASE DONT!" and I'm glad they didn't listen. Their back and forth banter kept and made the show so SWEET with just a little kick of SPICE. 9 I hated when he left but I was glad they didn't kill him off because that left the door open for if he ever wanted to come back or visits

Garcia’s quick wit and flirty banter with Derek and her friendship with all the members of the BAU I was obsessed with this show and many years later I found it on Hulu and I’m hooked all over again crazy sick unsubs to everyone personal life Elle leaving the fBI and her character being replaced 😢to Gideon retiring Rossi coming in and JJ having a baby with will Hotch wife being killed by a insane unsub and Derek the temporary unit chief which he was incredible Garcia getting shot I’m not putting these in the correct order of course I missed Emily showing up because I never liked her yes I’m salty i love Elle she was a great profiler
What I love most is that Garcia didn’t join the FBI the traditional way and it totally explains why she’s whacky and ‘unprofessional’. They characterize her perfectly before you ever learn her history. She got caught as a cyber criminal and offered a job, so of course she’s not a buttoned-up agent type. She’s literally a code gremlin that traded up from a dirty basement to a security clearance.
I’m so torn…I love close platonic friendships but damn…I want these two together so badly! They just fit so seamlessly together. *sigh* it’s weird cuz I do think there should be more platonic friendships between women and men but…this one kinda hurts my soul.
Speaking of platonic friendships, I would have loved to see her and Reid's friendship deeper explored. They have such a fun contrast in personalities. And they played off each other well when they were on screen together.

Started re-watching the show a few weeks ago from episode 1.... Can't WAIT to watch the new season (if you didn't have it yet, add Paramount+ to your "try free for a week/month" list in a few weeks when theyre all released)! I'm waiting for more to be there before I binge the whole new season at once. Dunno if Derek will be in it, but looks like most of them are back.

I wanted them to get together for the longest time when I got into this show after my mom discovered that Shemar Moore was in it because we remember watching him as Malcolm Winters from The Young and the Restless. I wanted them to get together for the longest time when I got into this show after my mom discovered that Shemar Moore was in it because we remember watching him as Malcolm Winters from The Young and the Restless. He and Kirsten had the best on screen chemistry on this show and I was upset when he left.

I actually loved Derick and Savanna I wished they would have given them more screen time and their chemistry was beautiful and natural but I do understand and agree with Penelope and Derick chemistry it’s Sweet but I only noticed a attraction only on Garcia end because Derek never showed romance interest in Garcia he just loved flirting but he didn’t confuse the situation I wanted Sam I am guy to marry her he was perfect he lit up like a Christmas tree when he saw her
