I watch on both channels. I love the videos because the silly stuff is funny and refreshing but I do like when you throw educational stuff in there. Also IMPOSSIBLE to tell when you’re being serious or joking which adds to the charm.
7:39 From my understanding, views in January are usually down for the majority of all creators for some reason. It may just be a slow month. Keep doing the great work
I'm here for the educational content. Please keep increasing my knowledge of dad jokes. Seriously, it's your jokey description of other players crazy plays, and your own even crazier ones, that I enjoy. I could never play like you, and that's a compliment. I think the best description of correct Risk play was by Risky Fil: intermittent aggression. The trick is knowing when to time-out based on reading other players and what they're likely to do. But all-out crazy aggression often works too.
I dont play risk, played it a handful of times, maybe 1 or 2 actual multi-player rounds but your exact personality and playstyle is what makes you appealing, and maybe a lot of your viewers are wanting to watch you have fun and not so much watching for the sweaty gameplay. But when you get a lot of views I imagine you'll naturally have a lot of actual risk players watching and commenting on your videos just because you're growing. So it makes sense that when you get a lot of views you see comments from those people saying they want the slow and sweaty gameplay, but I imagine the bulk of your audience is here for you and the crazy moves you pull off 😊 hope any of that made sense, God bless vc! Always thankful to have your entertainment
Talking about wrong colours, fwiw you’re quite consistent in your wrongness. For example you often call ‘Red’ Black. I wondered if it somehow linked to chess. Maybe a club you played at used a white/red board for whatever reason and you mentally linked red and black for that reason.
Love the content just discovered you. If I was to say anything I would say to try to find a balance between wackiness mixed with moments of education. Either way do what's fun and natural for you
I don't know about the others but i like your videos cuz you like to have fun, if I wanted to watch an instructive video id watch those 5 hour take a card and pass videos
I think all the grumbling sweaty risk players comment to complain. Everyone enjoying the aggressive, goofy style just watches or tunes out of sweaty grandmaster stalemates.
Tbh I was one of the viewers who took a break from watching more silly players, like you and JJ. I am fine with silly, but you still need to show high quality play as a top player. Unfortunately, you went thru a stretch of games that had a lot of stupid pathing errors that unnecessarily extended or lost you games. I get that your brand is care-free, have fun and move on, but the competitive side of me was really rubbed the wrong way. It's like Lindsey Stirling when she first went on America's Got Talent, her fun dancing added to the spectacle, but she got voted off because of mistakes with her violin play. The core of the show has to be solid for all the silliness to work. Just my two cents. I know it's difficult to be both entertaining and focused on the game (hence why you, Pete, and others constantly say wrong colors 😂), but I appreciate the efforts to bring high quality, fun content.
Dude I love your content and keep up with the command base c1x. I'm actually going to be sad when that series is over.

People are going to gyms in january.
Something something, new year 800x600.
42:45 opening up someone to all in their long time enemy is one of the funniest things in this game

There's lots of instructive content creators out there. I watch you because of you're a goofy funny guy 😊 love your videos!

Orange really tried to become the new black
I had been waiting for the malicious orange cap open most of the game.
I'm liking the more instructive content. :)
You should've cleared black from in front of orange. -2 homie points for you today sir.
@40:53 Love the metallica reference 😂
vampire chicken = silly and stupid stuff
more vampire chicken = educational stupid stuff
What’s with the arm circles?
you get the color wrong 120% of the time
Don't worry about being educational. People come here for the entertainment, not an education.
Great game. Love this map and you didn’t VC it at all this time. 😄
Vampire chicken for number 1 personality in risk 💯
YOU ARE THE MAN VC!!!

I've wond this. Hmmm spreadsheet ideas intensifying

Saturday night date with VC. Don't tell my wife.
how many colors you got wrong?
well...
literally your first sentence was "today we are playing without blizzards"
10:20 Game starts
41:57
Good evening VC
Good evening!
(baseless criticism and grumbling, with zero acknowledgement that I wouldn't keep watching if I wasn't entertained)
*-Super Serious* Curmudgeon
My heart goes out to you 🫡
A lot of people say vampire chicken is childish. I say he's the best risk streamer! Who is kylted or kill Pete
You can't please all the people all of the time...
If you want to keep you cap, put troops on it
We don't do that around these parts
don't change the way you play
Gotem
Try and explain what I'm doing then doing something completely different. -VC

Lol I'd rather you narrate than Pete. I can't deal with his nonstop pontificating
I concur, very concise description of Pete's narration.
