Trivia time; Ian White, the actor who played every Predator seen here, had to train extensively for this role. In order to do this, he would run every day on the beach with rocks strapped to himself. I guess it did the trick, lol.
Sure, and why not? In preparation to make a predator costume myself, ive been researching the existing ones. Apparently, the AvP costumes weighed close to thirty pounds with all gear, plus all of the high activity he had to perform. Makes perfect sense that he'd train this way for it.

From what I seen from this Video, the Predator are a Good Guys because they Help human in the end (eventually many Victim has been slain by them). And Alien or the Xenomorph are a Bad Guys because thy Threat human like a nest or a host for their kind to Increase their Numbers.
